Depending on the case, the firm offers hourly-rate, contingency, or a flat-fee arrangements. Detailed records of the time devoted to your case are regularly maintained, and the tasks are recorded in six-minute increments. Where necessary, the firm rounds down when in-between intervals, and work records will be disclosed to clients. Rates are extremely competitive, and retainers, when applicable, must be paid at the outset of an engagement.
