Biography

Michael J. Hasday has a decade of prior experience at New York City firms litigating and arbitrating complex commercial and real estate-related matters, representing clients from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals. Michael has also served as in-house counsel to a leading health care consulting firm and as staff counsel to a U.S. congressman. 

In addition to his role as Of Counsel to the Lare Law Firm, Michael is a lecturer at DeSales University, teaching undergraduate law classes. Michael has authored articles on appellate and arbitral procedure in law journals published by the University of Michigan, the University of Notre Dame, and New York University.
